Kevin Ouchi, our service manager here at Bimmer PhD, graduated from the Universal technical Institute (UTI) and the BMW Fast Track Program in 2010. Originally, he wanted to be an aerospace engineer at Boeing, but he has always loved cars, so he chose a different path. He worked at a local BMW dealer for 8 years before working with us. He started out as a technician at first, but then he transitioned to being a service advisor so he could give a more personal experience helping out customers.
With a large family, Kevin enjoys being the “Go To” car guy for them. He loves to teach his wife & family with basic “how tos” so they can always take care of themselves on the road. He has taught his wife things like how to jump a vehicle if the battery dies, what the different warning lights mean when they pop up on the dash, and how to change a tire. He looks forward to teaching these things to his young son when he grows up. He and his wife love the outdoors, and they enjoy camping and hiking, as well as off-roading.
After experiencing working at the corporate dealership, Kevin loves the vibe at Bimmer PhD because, as a small business, he can offer a more personalized experience and help people, while still being very professional and offering an amazing service. He loves the relationship he has created with our team, so it feels more like a family than work mates.
Kevin is a blessing to our team and to our customers. His positive leadership drives the success of our team.
