Our newest service advisor, Jesse Germain, was born and raised in Michigan, where he helped run & operate his family’s 24 hour tow truck company with his dad and his uncle. When he decided to move to California, he got his first job at a local BMW dealership working in the retail and service department, before working his way up to co running the parts department.
Growing up in a small town of 800, Jesse graduated in a class of 60 students. He earned his Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. He has been working since he was 12 years old, as his grandfather owned a body shop, and his father and uncle owned a tow company, so he got an early start in the automotive industry.
Jesse likes good food, traveling, music, and sports. He loves the diversity of cultural food experiences he gets to try in California, and BBQ is his favorite. He wants to travel more to see and learn different cultures, as he finds it to be an amazing and humbling experience.
The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, and LED Zeppelin are some of Jesse’s favorite bands. But he doesn’t just love music, he also loves sports. Growing up in Michigan, he loves football, baseball, and hockey, and, appropriately, his favorite teams are the Detroit Lions, the Michigan Wolverines, the Detroit Tigers, and the Detroit Red Wings. Jesse is definitely our resident sports fan.
Jesse has proven to be a great asset to the Bimmer PhD team. His experience in working in his family run tow company back home since he was 12 years old in Michigan gave him the great customer service attitude he has today. He loves to help and take care of our customers, and ensure they have the best experience they can have.
