Ryan brings over a decade of hands-on automotive experience with a strong focus on European vehicles, especially BMW. His background includes dealership training with Porsche, Volkswagen, and Subaru, along with independent shop environments where he worked directly with clients from initial diagnosis through completed repair. That full-cycle experience gives Ryan a deeper understanding of both the vehicle and the customer behind it.

What sets Ryan apart is how he thinks. He naturally approaches every vehicle with curiosity, always asking why something failed and how the system as a whole is affected. When we first spoke, it was clear we shared that same mindset—looking beyond the repair itself and focusing on how things can be improved, both in the vehicle and in the process. That alignment is rare, and it’s exactly what we look for in our team.

When asked about his ideal type of work, Ryan didn’t hesitate. He enjoys large, intricate projects—engine removals, cylinder head work, and detailed internal repairs where precision and understanding matter most. He takes pride in staying organized and methodical, from how he disassembles a vehicle to how every component is laid out and reassembled. That level of discipline reflects a technician who respects both the machine and the craft.

Ryan joined Bimmer PhD because he wanted to be part of a family-oriented environment where he’s valued as a professional, not just another number. In return, we’ve equipped him with the tools and support to perform at his best—because when someone cares this much about their work, it shows in the results. At Bimmer PhD, that mindset is what allows us to deliver quality without compromise and give our clients the confidence they deserve in their BMW.
